chill out跟do nothing很像，不過聽起來比較酷。

甚至有新字chiilax=chill out (休閒)+relax (放鬆)的出現。


如果朋友問：「What's your plan this weekend?」

沒有特別的計畫，就可以回答：「Just chill out.」
